Every Tropf Blumat is, at the same time, a sensor and a dripper. Each cone reacts to the amount of moisture surrounding it and delivers just the amount of water that is required at the time. Every Tropf Blumat functions individually and takes sun rays, air temperature, humidity and plant growth into account. If the ground is dry it releases the trickling function by suction tension. As soon as the moisture level is sufficient, watering is automatically stopped.

Tropf Blumat systems can be connected to a tab or a water deposit. When connected to a tab a pressure reducer has to be used. After laying the sufficient amount of supply tube the Tropf Blumat cones can be put to each plant or group of plants. For the same kind of plants distributor drippers are recommended.
